This 50-minute high intensity / low-impact, full body workout combines the elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Belly-up to the Barre for quick repetitions, using various props to exhaust and strengthen all major muscle groups. Your ‘barre-tenders’ are ready to serve up some serious sculpting - targeting your arms, thighs, booty, core and more.
