Our 1-hour yoga class differs from the heart-pumping, fast paced world of cardio and strength training. This slower paced Vinyasa flow class focuses on the peinciples of proper alignment, breathing and mindfulness. Breath is linked with conscious movement.  You’ll increase strength and flexibility with this meditation in motion.  A regular yoga practice has numerous benefits. It helps with reducing stress, which is great for blood sugar management - a key for losing weight.
